Props and styling for the new set-up Spotti Valcucine at Viale Piave, Milano by architects Marcante — Testa. A project that explores the fascination for edible matter and its transformations, where sophisticated technology joins with sensible craftsmanship.
Four series of ambiguous tools and courses propose an itinerary through different stages of food preparation: raw, cooked, whipped/jellied, preserved.
We designed a food installation for the opening made by tasty but not-entirely-edible looking ingredients - with the kind support of Matteo Brioni and Fornace Brioni.
