The Design Week at BASE Milano

An experimental laboratory promoted by BASE, involving international designers, schools, and institutions.
The objective is to create new tools, practices, and experiences for a more democratic, diverse, and inclusive design.

In the visual identity, an old-fashioned wooden folding ruler transforms into playful and ephemeral structures, resembling building blocks or bricks charged with potential energy.

Thus far, the three editions have seen the evolution of the dynamic language of the concept in the variations of the environmental setup, digital communication, and the festival magazine/catalog.

The identity of We Will Design relates to the essential language developed in the rebranding of BASE, using the bold variant of the GT Flexa font and employing color in a lively and tactile manner.
